This can also be detected by slow thinking, speaking or body movements.
5. Feelings of worthlessness
Feelings of worthlessness or guilt, fixating on past failures or self-blame
6. Thinking problems
Problems with thinking, concentrating, making decisions, and remembering things.
7. Physical problems
Having unexplained physical problems such as back pain or headaches.
8. Sleep disturbances
Sleep disorders such as insomnia or oversleeping. They tend to sleep for a long time in order to get rid of the psychological distress.
