Change is a habit of Mankind. Man is an animal that goes through an evolutionary process just like any other animal. Evolution is the ability to cope with and cope with the diversity of the natural environment around us. But this process is very slow. This means that the person of today will not change significantly in appearance the next day.
Sometimes there are certain things that can go on for thousands, or even millions, of years. This is done by doing the same thing over and over again for several generations. But look at the last few decades. The things around us, the things society demands of us, the nature of jobs, all of these things have evolved very quickly. But our human bodies are not evolving that fast.

Our bodies are still as resilient to the environment as they were thousands of years ago. That is, the body works only to fulfill our basic needs. Things like food, safety, habitat, breeding, etc. So we have to be thankful that a lot of things in society right now are being done by our slowly evolving bodies. So what this means is that we need to make changes in our lives slowly. Changes cannot be made suddenly because our bodies are not ready for them.
Failures can happen when we go for our goals. The main reason for this is the evolutionary nature of the bodies mentioned earlier. Therefore, one should not let oneself be unnecessarily low and move forward with courage. So how do we do this?
“Sow a thought and you reap an action; sow an act and you reap a habit; sow a habit and you reap a character; sow a character and you reap a destiny.”
Ralph Waldo Emerson

This theory is very easy to understand. Think you want to improve? There are a few areas you need to develop for that. Do not try to make the most of it all at once. Instead, try to develop a very small percentage of everything. When every sector is developed on such a small scale, it will be of great value when they come together. We can illustrate this with a beautiful example.
We have to go back to 2003. This year, the English cycling team suffered one of the worst defeats in the world. These defeats were so great that from 1908 to 2003, the English cycling teams were only able to win one Olympic medal. Not only that, At the French Cycling Championships, one of the most popular cycling events in the world, no Englishman had won a single medal. As such, the England Cycling Management Committee is coaching Dave Brailsford on the national team. Sir David John Brailsford CBE (born 29 February 1964) is a British cycling coach. He was formerly performance director of British Cycling and is currently general manager of UCI World Team INEOS Grenadiers.

Sir David John Brailsford
So here he is, taking over the coaching of the England cycling team. First he says,
“I’ll divide all the segments of your life as a competitor and make a 1% difference in each of those segments.”
What change did he make?
Let us look at a few examples.
- He removes all the competitors’ bikes and reassembles them well.
- Alcohol on bicycle wheels (reduces slippage a bit)
- Make some changes to the clothes.
- Costumes are designed to be unique to each player.
- Get used to daily health habits.

In this way, he makes 1% change in every sector. Then we saw an amazing change at the 2008 Olympics. The failed English cycling team won 14 medals. Not only that, this cycling team will be able to set 07 Olympic records and 09 world records at the 2012 Olympics. For the first time in the same year, an English cyclist wins the French Cycling Tour.
We can see how small improvements in all these aspects can ultimately lead to big improvements.
